According to the survey made to China’s 31,000 agricultural production and management unit by Department of Rural Areas of State Statistical Bureau of China, the price of agricultural products in the first three quarters of this year dropped by 0.3% over the same period last year (here the price refers to the actual unit price for farmers and farms to sell their products directly). However, cotton prices rise 12.8% over the same period last year.
